The ISQua Fellowship Mentoring Programme is intended to broaden the learning experience of Fellowship Programme participants by widening networking opportunities, shared learning and insight into international best practice.
How does it work?
The ISQua Fellowship Programme has an expansive network of professionals in quality and safety who kindly donate time to mentor Participants in their area of expertise.
Mentoring is available to Participants in the first year of their Programme. Once an application is received, the applicant is matched with a suitable international expert. Approximately four meetings will take place throughout the year between the mentor and mentee, with initial support materials supplied by ISQua.
How to Apply
Fellowship Programme Participants can apply for a Mentor through the dedicated mentoring area in FELIX. Applicants must complete an online form and indicate their areas of interest and what they expect from the mentoring programme. The Education team will work to provide the most suitable mentor for the mentee.
