Payment by credit card is preferred.

Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards. Each credit card payment will be billed in Euros. This will appear on the member's credit card statement as Euros converted to their local currency at the conversion rate at the date that payment is collected from the card account.

Credit card details are confidential and all card information is erased immediately after payment is confirmed. Note that credit card information sent via electronic mail (including our online application form) is not encrypted and therefore may not be secure. Electronic transmission of credit card details remains the responsibility of the sender. As an alternative, an application form can be printed and faxed or posted with payment details to ISQua's office. See links to forms below

2010 Membership Application Form

Payment by cheque should be made payable to ISQua. This can be done by purchasing an international bank cheque/draft for the amount in Euros and posting payment to ISQua. Bank transfer facilities are also available. For details, contact ISQua.

Notice to 2010 Members

Please note that membership runs on a calendar year (January to December), members who join midyear receive all benefits of membership, including membership rates to our International Conference, back issues of our Journal and Bulletin and online access to both our website and the International Journal for Quality in Health Care.

All members joining ISQua in 2010 will be joining ISQua Limited.  As a member of ISQua Limited you are entilted to view ISQua's Memorandum & Articles of Association which are availalbe here.
