In accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association
a Board election is held every two years. Our current Board were elected in 2015 and as such their current term of office will be completed at the Annual General Meeting in October 2017. Call for Nominations
A call for nominations will be sent to all our Members before 31st May 2017.
Nominees must be fully paid Members (Individual or Institutional) by 28th June 2017 in order to qualify.

Each nominee must be proposed by two other fully paid Members. Nominees cannot propose themselves.
Please note that Individual Members may only nominate an Individual Member and Institutional Members may only nominate an Institutional Member. Members can propose more than one nominee.
Nominees will be announced by 4th August 2017 when voting will open.
