Peter will be presenting on 'ISQua as an Agent for Change'.
Quality improvement and patient safety are not easy goals to achieve; often they remain as aspirations for well-intentioned clinicians. Healthcare seems to be designed to make it difficult to achieve true person centred care. Lack of resources or the poor utilisation of what we have may be the cause of the problem, coupled with an inadequate training of clinicians in methods to continually improve.
In this workshop Peter will concentrate on educating and networking for safety and quality, highlighting the role of ISQua as an agent for change.
