Is there a deadline for registering?

Earlybird registration opens in March 2026

Registrations will be available online up to the week before the conference afterwhich you can attend and register onsite.

Are there discounts available for group registrations?

There are discounts available for groups of ten or more registrations.

When will I get the results of my abstract submission?

All abstract results have now been released.

Will the conference be live streamed?

The conference will not be live-streamed. A selection of the sessions from the conference will be recorded. These will be highlighted in the programme and will be made available to all delegates and members after the conference.  

Do I need a visa?

A selection of the sessions from the conference will be recorded. These will be highlighted in the programme and will be made available to all delegates after the conference.

Educational Site Visits

Each year ISQua offer delegates the opportunity to visit some of the leading Universities and Hospitals in the Conference City. These locations will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Education Site visits will be available to book during your registration process. Places are very limited, so be sure to book early!

Will there be simultaneous translation at the conference?

To support a global and inclusive experience, ISQua’s 42nd International Conference in Dublin is currently exploring opportunities for real-time translation services.

Step Outside the Conference Room & Into Leading Healthcare Practices

Go beyond the presentations and experience healthcare innovation on the ground. ISQua’s educational site visits offer a rare chance to tour world-class institutions, meet local leaders, and see how quality care is delivered in Ireland. These visits are held before the conference officially begins and are open to all registered delegates. Spaces are very limited, so we recommend booking early through the registration portal.
