How the ISQua Fellowship Works

Stage	What Happens	Outcome
1 Select Courses	Choose any two of the self-paced courses below for Year 1. You can complete the courses in any order, so find something that sparks your interest and jump right in.	Freedom to focus on your specific learning goals
2 Engage & Reflect	Each module offers webinars, journal articles, and case studies.	About 25–30 hours of effort per course; all online.
3 Complete Micro-Assessments	Each course consists of 4-6 modules. Each module offers webinars, journal articles, case studies, and short reflective questionnaires.	Immediate digital Course Certificate.
4 Earn Fellowship Certificate	Finish two courses in Year 1, or one course in any subsequent renewal year (or attend the ISQua Conference)	Right to use the FISQua post-nominal.
5 Maintain & Grow	Renew, learn and grow your expertise by completing one more course each year to maintain your Fellowship and continue using the FISQua post-nominal.	Ongoing recognition, updated skills, fresh network links.

Certificates issued on these Focused Certificates will be regarded as equivalent to 1 course on the Fellowship programme and can be submitted accordingly for maintenance and renewal. You must be in year 2+ to avail of this.
