Are you tired of counting how many times something goes wrong?

"The ethos of safety has always been to reduce unwanted and harmful events or even better, to completely eliminate them. Even though it makes sense to try to stop things from going wrong, this is clearly not enough. It is equally, if not more, important to understand why most things go well and to learn how to support and strengthen that at all levels." so says Erik Hollnagel, Professor, Professor Emeritus, Ph.D., Senior Professor Patient Safety, Jonkoping University, and one of the lead faculty for the new International Diploma Course on Resilient Health Care Management.

Are you tired of counting how many times something goes wrong?
