South Africa - COHSASA and Cape Town

In Cape Town and the Western Cape, hospitals will drape orange around their buildings and grounds in honour of World Patient Safety Day. 

The Irish Health Service (Health Service Executive (HSE)) and the Department of Health are looking forward to celebrating World Patient Safety Day and are linking to undertake a number of events to mark World Patient Safety Day on the 17th September 2019.

The Ministry of Health Malaysia and the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) are jointly hosting a one-day Seminar and the launch of world patient safety day at the Everly Hotel in Putrajaya on 17th September.
