Join us on Monday, 18th May 2020 at 15:00 UTC+1 to hear from Dr. Thomas Lee, Editor-in-Chief of NEJM Catalyst, on ‘the invisible patients’ – those without COVID-19.
With the world focusing on containing COVID-19 and the redirection of resources towards this task, what is happening to ‘the invisible patients’ – those without COVID-19?
Dr. Thomas H. Lee will share his insights on this very important topic, shedding light on what is actually happening behind the headlines.
How do patients actually feeling about their care?
Dr. Lee will share with us some of the strategic steps that can/should/are being taken to improve care as we move into a health care system that is not oriented around a response to a crisis, but instead around improvement in meeting patients’ needs.
A system that is not being propelled by adrenaline, but instead by competition on performance.
