ISQua's QI NETWORK
What is QI Network Membership?
ISQua’s QI Network Membership brings together top healthcare innovators, influencers, and thought leaders, who are all united by the desire to lead transformation, positive change and healthcare improvement. QI Members benefit from the collective wisdom of the group through peer feedback and the exchange of innovative ideas, sharing the best tools to implement improvement.
QI Network members meet on a regular basis to share key lessons from their experiences in implementing and developing quality improvement projects in their organisations. The format of meetings is specifically designed to maximise the opportunity for sharing and learning, as well as valuable networking opportunities.
In addition to the regular QI Member meetups and all the benefits of ISQua Institutional Membership, benefits can be tailored to suit an organisation’s needs. Through collaborative partnerships with health authorities, patients, and those working within the health care system, we promote and inform a provincially coordinated, patient-centred approach to patient safety and quality.
We also provide advice and make recommendations to the Minister of Health. In support of this mandate, we undertake activities that are determined through extensive consultation with our partners to define where we can best add value.
Drawing on our resources, stakeholder relationships and the diverse expertise of our staff, we are at once a leader, an advisor, a partner, a facilitator, an educator, and a supporter. We also provide a bridge to the best knowledge in health care quality available across Canada and beyond.
We seek out national and international innovation of value to BC, adapt these new ideas to meet the needs of our health care system, and work with our partners to put them in place.

The Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) provides leadership and advice within SA Health and the Government on clinical excellence and innovation with a focus on maximising health outcomes for patients, improving care and safety, monitoring performance, championing evidence-based practice and clinical innovation, and supporting collaboration.
The CEIH aims to bring together expertise from clinicians, consumers, health partners and other relevant stakeholders to maximise health outcomes for patients; to be recognised as a centre for excellence, a strong partner for clinical improvement and innovation and have recognised expertise which can influence system design; and to support the provision of safer, more innovative and efficient healthcare through empowering clinicians and consumers.
Four directorates will enable this work to be undertaken: Clinical Informatics, Consumer and Clinical Partnerships, Clinical Improvement and Innovation and Human Centred Design.
The Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) was established on 1 July 2019 as a key priority of the State Government to rebalance the health system in South Australia in a way that represents the needs of the community, delivers the highest standards of safe and quality care and is economically viable for the future.

Clinical Excellence Queensland (CEQ) does this by identifying, monitoring and promoting improvements in the quality of health services delivered by service providers (both HHSs and private health facilities, globally and within Queensland), and supporting and facilitating the dissemination of best-practice clinical standards and processes that achieve better outcomes for our patients.
The division is also accountable for setting and supporting the direction for mental health, alcohol and other drug services in Queensland, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance.
CEQ is also the conduit for the Queensland Clinical Senate and clinical networks to engage with the department, and provides professional leadership for clinicians through the Office of the Chief Dental Officer, Office of the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and Allied Health Professions Office of Queensland.
