Firstly, the most beneficial things to me in this course is to know the principle of developing standards, how the surveyors work before, during, and after the visit is established; and finally how the report was written in a professional manner and the accreditation descision taken. I very much liked how things were explained in an easy way.
The thing I most enjoyed during my study were the webinars and case studies.
This course will help me to improve my career, and in the future I hope to apply things I have learned to my role in the accreditation organization I work in.
