Hear from Olabanji Mikail, Fellowship graduate from Nigeria

We are delighted to share how the Fellowship Programme has benefitted Olabanji Mikail, Patient Safety Advisor in Nigeria.

What did you find most beneficial?

I'm enjoying every aspect of the programme especially Practical Approaches to Person-Centered Care, Best Practice in Quality improvement, Patient Reported Outcome Measures, and Collaboratives to Improve Care.

What did you most enjoy about the programme?
I most enjoyed the publication reviews, this helped me a lot in my professionalism and boosted my research knowledge in the field.

Have you been able to apply anything that you have learned to your role yet or hope to in the future?
I've been able to make use of the knowledge gained during the Fellowship Programme and am still using them.

The programme has helped me with career progression, sharing the international best practice of Person-Centered Care and Quality Improvement, and improving the health outcomes of patients and satisfaction in my present healthcare facility and beyond.

The ISQua Fellowship Programme is very educational and insightful.
