IJQHC Communications

IJQHC Communications is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal that publishes research on quality and safety in health care, focusing on implementation science, for a worldwide readership. 

 

The journal publishes papers in all disciplines related to the quality and safety of health care, including health services research, health care evaluation, technology assessment, health economics, utilization review, cost containment and nursing care research, as well as protocols and clinical research related to the quality of care.  IJQHC Communications publishes original, de novo submissions and submissions cascaded from International Journal for Quality in Health Care

 

The journal is interdisciplinary and includes contributions from representatives of all health professions, such as doctors, nurses, quality assurance professionals, managers, politicians, social workers and therapists, and researchers from health-related backgrounds.

 

The journal also contains news of ISQua, including announcements of forthcoming courses, symposia and congresses.

This special issue aims to present current research and practice to use primary health care performance measurement for quality improvement purposes, and to capture future developments.

Articles will be screened, peer-reviewed, and published on a rolling basis. The last date for submission to the special collection is 31 May 2023.
