Congratulations to Dr Arifatul Khorida who was recently appointed as Director of Human Resources Development at the dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Aceh in Indonesia.
Dr Khorida achieved her Fellowship in 2020 and we were delighted to learn that the knowledge and skills that she acquired from the programme helped support her in securing this role.

Hello, my name is Arifatul Khorida, I am usually called Arifa, I am a doctor and currently I am HR Director at dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Aceh, Indonesia. I would like to share how I came to know about the ISQua Fellowship and was interested in joining it. I got to know ISQua for the first time when I attended ISQua's 35th International Conference in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in September 2018.
My abstract ‘Succession of Physician Leadership and Talent Management in Public, Private and Military Hospital’ was accepted and I had the opportunity to give a 15-minute oral presentation at the conference.
In the Plenary session, I listened to information on the educational program from ISQua, namely Fellowship and Specialist Certificates delivered by Dr Peter Lachman.
I am very interested in joining the Fellowship. Especially on that occasion, my lecturer, Mr. Hanevi Djasri graduated after completing his ISQua Fellowship.
ISQua Fellowship for me is a very useful educational program. The learning modules are up to date, complete, and in accordance with the challenges of quality in the health sector. During my fellowship, I received feedback which was very useful for me. I also got full support from the ISQua Education Team who gave a quick response and was very helpful during the learning process.
